Before your tenancy begins

To reserve your new home, we require a holding deposit (capped at one week’s rent). A security deposit of up to five weeks’ rent will also be required before you move in. As part of our professional screening, we will request references from your employer, a previous landlord, and a credit reference report. In a lot of cases, a guarantor could also be required to support your application.
