By cutting out expensive third-party contractors and eliminating hidden markups, we have the margins to offer our Complete Care packages to the vast majority of local properties.
To ensure the system is fair and sustainable, all Complete Care packages are subject to standard T&Cs and a straightforward onboarding process:

The Initial Health Check

Before signing, our in-house team will conduct a standard health check of your property, focusing on the heating, plumbing, and general condition to ensure everything is in working order.

Pre-Existing Conditions

We proudly accept most properties. However, if there is a major pre-existing fault (such as a boiler that is already broken or a severe roof leak), we simply ask that this specific issue is resolved before your Complete Care maintenance coverage activates.

Clear Boundaries

Our packages are designed to cover genuine, everyday breakdowns and fair wear-and-tear. They do not cover malicious tenant damage, cosmetic upgrades, or major capital improvement projects (like fitting a brand-new kitchen).

The Right to Refuse

While we aim to partner with as many landlords as possible, we do reserve the right to refuse properties that are entirely dilapidated or unsafe, ensuring we can maintain our high service standards for all our clients.

How does the Complete Care package work?
Complete Care combines fully managed letting with maintenance cover for a single monthly management fee. We handle your tenants, rent collection, maintenance requests, and covered repairs, so you don’t have to deal with separate contractors or unexpected invoices.
The Complete Care package includes fully managed letting services plus up to £1,000 per year of covered general maintenance, electrical faults, and standard plumbing repairs. There are no additional contractor markups for covered repairs.
Complete Care Pro is our higher-level package at 16%. It includes up to £1,500 per year of general day-to-day maintenance, plus comprehensive plumbing and heating protection, including unlimited boiler breakdown repairs and a boiler replacement if your existing boiler is condemned, subject to the package terms and conditions.
No. For repairs covered by your selected Complete Care package, we manage the contractor and pay the covered repair costs within the applicable limits. You won’t receive unexpected contractor invoices for standard covered maintenance.
